Dr. David Donald graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in biological sciences from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He then attended dental school at Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in New Orleans, where he received an award for his work with medically compromised patients. Following Dental school, Dr. Donald pursued his dream of providing oral health care to children by completing a two-year pediatric dental residency at the University of Florida College of Dentistry.

Dr. Donald is trained to see both healthy and medically compromised children, traumatic dental injuries and emergencies, children with craniofacial abnormalities, pediatric conscious sedation, etc. His fellow residents and director appointed him Chief Pediatric Dental Resident during his final year at the University of Florida College of Dentistry.

Dr. Donald demonstrates a deep commitment to pediatric dentistry and is very active in the dental profession. He holds a specialty license from the Florida State Dental board that designates him as a specialist in pediatric dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Florida Dental Association (FDA), the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD), and the Greater Orlando Dental Society.

Dr. Donald and his family relocated to the Orlando area in 2008. He and his wife, Maria have been happily married while enjoying their five beautiful children Julianne, Christopher, Luke, Eric, and Eleanor. In his spare time he enjoys time with the family, being outdoors, exercising, cooking and watching college football.
